Opening a design tool before 2:25. Analysis first, always.
Splitting your table into "the analysis people" and "the slides people."
Stripping your ID columns along with the names, then wondering why nothing matches.
Making up a number, a rate, a repair, or an offer that isn't in your files.
A workflow only the person who built it can run.
